At Jamal Fragrances, we aim to process and deliver your order safely and efficiently across Pakistan.
Order Processing
Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation. COD orders may be confirmed by phone or WhatsApp before dispatch.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time is generally 2–5 business days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, courier service, weather, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Delivery Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout or communicated before order confirmation.
Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available for eligible orders and locations. For COD orders, the full order amount is payable to the courier at the time of delivery.
Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, phone number, and other required information. Delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information may be the customer's responsibility.
Order Delays
While we work to meet the estimated delivery time, delays may occasionally occur due to courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, high order volumes, or circumstances beyond our control.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your parcel when possible. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and relevant photographs. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for further information.
